General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

The present conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, Atelier Armes Miniatures Gilles Lavandera, Siret N° 889 417 481 00013, registered at CMA66, located at 9 Avenue Alfred Sauvy, 66600 Rivesaltes and, on the other hand, the buyers named (customer) via the Internet site "www.atelierarmesminiatures.com" hereafter called (AAM G.Lavandera).

The parties agree that the contract is subject to French law.

The customer certifies on his honour that he is of legal age according to the legislation of his country.

The prices of our products are indicated in euros (€) net salesman all taxes included, except participation in the expenses of treatment and forwarding.

In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, the customer is the importer of the product(s) concerned. For all products shipped outside the European Union and French Overseas Departments and Territories, customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These duties and charges are not the responsibility of AAM G.Lavandera. They are to be borne by the customer and are the customer's sole responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities and bodies of his country. The customer should enquire about these aspects with the competent local authorities.

All other bank charges (Paypal transaction, exchange rate between currencies, etc.) are also the responsibility of the customer.

Each miniature weapon is unique and made by AAM G.Lavandera. As such, the miniature weapons sold are neither taken back nor exchanged. 

For this reason, when ordering several identical copies, slight differences may appear between the miniatures.

The miniature weapons created by AAM G.Lavandera are unique handmade pieces. These works of art are not guaranteed against manufacturing defects (unlike mass-produced products).

The items sold remain the property of AAM until full payment has been received.

• The risk of the item sold shall pass to the customer upon delivery, which shall be deemed to have taken place upon departure from AAM's premises.

  The photos/images of the miniatures offered for sale on the website are not contractual. The appearance of the materials varies according to the lighting, surface conditions and numerous parameters (polishing, wood, etc.).

  In order to comply with international customs regulations, the ammunition, powder flask and loading accessories supplied are delivered without powder or primer (loading under the customer's responsibility).

• HOW TO ORDER

  With a few rare exceptions, the miniatures are made to order. Manufacturing lead times and a quotation are necessary.

  The customer establishes a request quotation by means of a pre-order. He selects the miniature and the desired options. He validates his cart and obtains non-contractual price (excluding shipping costs).

  The quotation is generally processed by AAM within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays or illness).

• AAM provide a quotation which indicates the total price in euros (€), the shipping and packaging costs with declared value insurance (Colissimo, La Poste Française) and the estimated manufacture time and delivery.

  The price and estimated delivery time stated in the quotation are valid for 1 week. After this period, only the amount quoted is valid for 1 month.

  Once the one-week period has elapsed, another customer may confirm an order, which may change delivery time indicated in the quotation.

  The manufacturing time mentioned on the quotation is a non-contractual. AAM reserves the right to change it if the customer adds options during the manufacturing process.

  The customer returns AAM the scanned quotation with his signature and the handwritten note "signed and accepted" by e-mail.

  AAM issues the proforma invoice and sends it to the customer. The customer pays the amount and the order is confirmed.

  The order is only valid on receipt of full payment for the miniature or the deposit made out to AAM G.Lavandera.

  The deposit payment is only possible for amounts over € 1000 (euros) and amounts to 33% of the total order price.

  The customer declares having read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Sale before placing the order.

  The validation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
